Several years ago, our team was lucky enough to participate in the development and design of an office center in the city of Kyiv, in the heart of the capital, on Kruhlouuniversytetska Street, in a historic building. Inclined Studio The client approached us with the willingness to design A Jewellery Boutique at one of the prime locations in Ahmedabad, named CG Road. This 1500 sq. ft. carpet area boutique store is designed to be serene, with neutral white walls and minimal texture added by veneering furniture. The brief for the refurbishment of a large part of SIAM's offices was clear from the outset: they needed to convert their compartmentalised offices into a flexible space to accommodate more workers and be reconfigurable over time.For this purpose, we opted for modular, dry construction systems that would allow for a change in the layout of both the furniture and the offices without the need for future building work. The office interior project is designed for Yapi Kredi Headquarter’s office in Levent Plaza. The project is consist of 18 typical office floors and also additional working areas which totaly 8.320 sqm. The interior design concept is based on company’s motto which is to being a  “Turkey’s Digital Bank”. So starting from this idea, the architectural language is designed as to be reflect the digital and technological spaces. Mozhdeh office building is located in a ​​440 square meters site on Mozhdeh street in the former location of Niavaran police station. The client asked a commercial unit on the ground level with 80% occupancy and providing administrative units in upper stories with 60% occupancy. After the initial study, the issues that the design team considered, was program, tectonic and construction norm. The common plan of administrative and commercial projects for maximum use of the land causes the inefficient plan, so we have decided to change the project’s program. Designed for the New Way of Working Enabling the New Way of Working has been a central theme in the development of the Capgemini Dutch headquarters at Leidsche Rijn, Utrecht. This is reflected in the absence of columns in the open-plan office spaces with hot desks, interchangeable common spaces and a central atrium that serves as a welcoming meeting place and networking plaza. On nice days, the inner courtyard, that is directly connected to the atrium, can also be used to work or enjoy lunch. This interior design planning proposal was carried out for 2 months. Before starting the design process, we conducted a survey to the location to find out circulation patterns and understand the support space needed.The first discussion is the receptionist.
