Compassion International
Project Overview
Compassion International is a Christian charity focused on improving the lives of children living in poverty worldwide. The organization faced challenges related to local in-office demand at their headquarters in Denver, CO, and the need for a space that could accommodate global business functions and local non-profits. This led to the innovative concept of an “experience center.”
Half of the space includes diverse environments, including small to mid-size suites for group collaboration, flexible training rooms, telepresence-enabled conferencing spaces, catering cafes, and casual brainstorming areas. Be the change
By creating an incubator for social entrepreneurs that also brings together associations, neighborhood businesses and all residents of Malmö, we are creating a new place for meeting and innovation. It is in this type of place that solutions are also born to respond to the societal issues that we must face today. “Be the change” is also a place where change happens thanks to and through people.
The basis of the project consists of four clusters and an incubator for social entrepreneurs. Each cluster has its own premises and therefore an identity of its own, thus giving life to the forecourt of the district.

Iowa State Stark Performance Center
Athletic success isn’t just measured on the field, it is also measured off of it in what student-athletes learn, their diet, their mental wellness, and their preparation for post-collegiate life. The $90m new Stark Performance Center at Iowa State is a shining example of an investment in all of these areas - with the added benefit that its design accentuates the building’s draw.
