A family pizzeria alive for over 50 years in the Laurentians. Not the kind of project you take lightly. Full demolition and reconstruction — kitchen, bar, dining room, entries. 3,000 sq ft, 104 seats. Designing a place of events means to take in consideration a series of complex needs, many of them derive from the historical evolution of the space. As a matter of fact, over the centuries, the way of performing and watching performances are evolved and adapted to the new way of expressing the art of representation.
