NEAR project is an international architecture firm founded by Matteo Talarico and Nicolette Marzovilla. Based in Turin, our studio operates both locally and globally, working across architecture, landscape, and interior design.

The name NEAR project is a fusion of new and architecture, reflecting our vision of contemporary and ever-evolving design. NEAR also defines our approach: staying close to our clients, their needs, and the social fabric of the spaces we create.
