Media co-working space
Designed for HT Media Ltd., one of India's premier media organisations, this project reimagines the traditional office as a collaboration-cum-coworking hub built entirely around Activity-Based Working (ABW). Rather than assigning fixed desks to fixed tasks, the design offers a spectrum of settings — focused workstation bays, high-table zones for quick huddles, soft lounge seating for informal conversations, enclosed meeting rooms, and a café counter that doubles as a social anchor — allowing teams to choose the setting that matches the task at hand.

Food and Agriculture Organization
The Food and Agriculture Organization office in Phnom Penh is a contemporary extension to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries compound. Carefully planned to sit within its context rather than stand apart from it, the two-story concrete structure responds to the familiar gabled rooflines of the surrounding government buildings through a double-sided gabled roof and a continuous shaded walkway.
