Designed for HT Media Ltd., one of India's premier media organisations, this project reimagines the traditional office as a collaboration-cum-coworking hub built entirely around Activity-Based Working (ABW). Rather than assigning fixed desks to fixed tasks, the design offers a spectrum of settings — focused workstation bays, high-table zones for quick huddles, soft lounge seating for informal conversations, enclosed meeting rooms, and a café counter that doubles as a social anchor — allowing teams to choose the setting that matches the task at hand.

A warm material palette of exposed brick, timber slats, and bold accent tones (ochre, red, and terracotta) ties the varied zones together, giving the floor a cohesive identity while still allowing each activity setting its own character. The result is a workplace that supports HT Media's dynamic, cross-functional teams — moving fluidly between focused work, spontaneous collaboration, and informal downtime, without being tied to a single desk or department.

The project was executed as a Design and Build project including comprehensive Fixed interiors, furniture, MEP and LV components.
