American Forest & Paper Association Office

At the American Forest & Paper Association headquarters, materiality leads. Fox Architects shapes a spatial narrative rooted in forestry, where wood, paper, and light come together to express both industry and intent. A continuous thread of natural material moves through the interior, translating the association’s work into built form. Millwork, texture, and tone establish a calm, grounded atmosphere, while selected lighting, developed in collaboration with Ambiance Lighting, is handled with the same level of precision. The Portal family of luminaires is deployed as a cohesive system, balancing ambient and directional light with a restrained, minimal presence. OSPAÑA Obra Social Headquarters

Carrying out a commission for a Social Institution reconsiders the role of the architect, since the client represents a group of people who give him power to ensure services for the community. Javier Agustin Rojas Javier Agustin Rojas Flexibility, flexibility, flexibilityWhen the project began, there was only one certainty: that when the building was finished, the program would already have changed. The institution was in the process of growing, and that was a fact. It was then decided to work with a free-plan structural scheme until reaching a system of porticos between party walls with high-rise beams.
