Evangelische Bank
The planning concept by the Kassel-based architectural firm Prof. Alexander Reichel involved joining together two buildings – the former main building, dating from 1982, and a listed post-war building situated at Ständeplatz 19. The heart of the new Evangelical Bank (EB) is the foyer – a filigree concrete construction with large glass fronts. This is the centrepiece that connects the tower with the former bank building. With its six full storeys, the new building is 96 metres long, up to 32 metres wide and up to 26 metres in height. basic topmultifunctional cupboard add-on units Sideboards are often used in open-plan offices to define work areas. The 'Kinzo' design office has developed add-on units on behalf of werner works especially for this type of use. The units not only give structure to the room but are also acoustically effective. With dimensions matched to our standard cupboards 'basic S' and 'basic cap' , the add-on units are set on top of two-file-high cupboards without the use of tools. The necessary stability is ensured by the mitred construction of the frame and by a weight integrated in the lower tray. This means that the add-on units can also be added to existing office structures at a later date.
