The Bangkok Boulevard Signature Pinklao-Borom project is a housing development comprising three types of homes (S, M, L). Apluscon Architects collaborated in designing the project's clubhouse. The target demographic falls within an average age range of 25-45. Currently, families seeking to upgrade their living spaces often look for new homes. Choosing a planned community like this is an attractive option due to its communal spaces, security systems, and improved quality of life.
