Rich Street is a commercial development on a heritage corner in Abbotsford, Melbourne. The building draws from the rhythm and proportions of the surrounding Victorian terrace houses, translating that logic into a contemporary eight-storey workplace. The architecture had one clear ambition: to belong on a street it would inevitably tower over. Inspired by the nearby Yarra Bend parklands, greenery extends throughout the building — across terraces, rooftops, and into the interiors — softening the line between architecture and nature.
