Rhythm Ankara

Contemporary cities are not defined solely by physical resilience; they are complex organisms shaped by social transitions, regulated movements, and distinct traces. Rhythm Ankara emerges as a response to this complexity, making it possible to interpret and transform it through architecture. The project frames the fragments of traditional building clusters as a distribution that disrupts regular architecture. Within a permanent space shaped globally by pandemics, migration, and digitalization, evolutions become traceable in Ankara. ivaBOX In response to forms of encryption that have become confined to retail environments, shifted into digital realms, or rendered socially fragile, Rhythm Ankara re-establishes the relationship between a... Via Green

The architectural concept of the building concerns the dismantling of the façade and it’s penetration by nature, providing Via Green with a unique ecological character. Two separate building blocks are combined on the first floors and compose a unique space of offices, luxury restaurants and shops. Through the minimum use of visible concrete and the use of curtain walls, the building succeeds in not dominating its surrounding area. The natural light flows unobstructed into the building, enhancing the growth of plants which are scattered on the façade, providing a breath of calmness to the anxiety of the capital city of Ankara. Simple and minimalistic form, followed by lines bent in the horizontal layout, which formulate... More

Regnum Sky Tower

Focusing essentially on the individual, functionality and usability, this building combines them to offer an architectural creation which stands out among so many others in one of the fastest growing business areas of Ankara. The primary design lines have been uniformly applied on the entire building of 150 meters. The curtain walls were used as an empty canvas on which a unique image was formed. Horizontal and vertical design lines meet the slopes leading to the top through "dancing" like moves. Minimal design highlights the building's character, as for the companies that are located into it, there is a strong demand on a clear and serious image. The natural light, which enters unobstructed inside the building, helps and enhances the effic... More

Arma Kule

With just a few years of presence in the bustling Çukurambar district of Ankara, the two identical glass towers look as if they have been there for many years. Offices, shops and residencies "harmoniously" coexist in an environment that strives to bring about its green character in every possible way.
