Multifunctional hotel complex
A designer’s task is to know how to respond to the client’s requests and needs with his/her design proposal. We have been asked to create a project proposal to satisfy a high demand of tourism for the new tourist settlement in the island in Croatia. The requirements for the accommodations is that all buildings, apartments and hotels must have a panoramic sea view and consist of:
• Two buildings with a number of 500 luxury five-star apartments, each 100 square meters large.
• Two buildings of 250 rooms each destined for a five-star hotel and each connected by functions and services different from those offered in the two luxury five-star apartment buildings.

Fein 1 Central
Located in Neve Shaanan, southern Tel Aviv, in a degraded area experiencing rapid transformations, Fein 1 Central apartment complex introduces much needed housing and street-front commercial spaces, while partially preserving fragments of the existing building on site. The area is part of Tel Aviv – Yafo Municipality’s master plan to transform and uplift the city’s decayed southern district. The neighborhood’s cultural and economic growth is part of its gentrification process, focusing on culture and creating a new, more open and progressive profile for the neighborhood. Villa Reden: A unified apartment concept within an irregular form
Appearing as one coherent apartment building with impressively expansive terraces and views, Villa Reden by Franta Group is divided into four independently functioning parts, in which there are a total of eight apartments on the upper level and a mostly open ground floor that serves as common space for social interaction. Each of the four divisions part has an independent entrance on the ground floor in the form of a staircase leading to two apartments.
