Set on a narrow plot with a gentle slope, the house sits at the highest point of the site. Its elongated form mirrors the geometry of the terrain, allowing the architecture to follow the land with minimal intervention. Juz de Yartan Art Hotel: a dialogue between heritage and contemporary design.      Juz de Yartan is a 17-room boutique hotel located in the historic center of Artà, Mallorca. Our studio was exclusively responsible for the interior design: defining the spatial layout, selecting materials, developing the lighting strategy, and designing custom furniture. A project full of curves and vegetation that shapes the different spaces and offers a new architectural vision of traditional constructions. PNA-13013 is a project born out of the concept of liquid architecture promoted by Palomino Arquitectos. A philosophy that seeks to connect the different architectural structures with the environment in which they are located. With this idea in mind, the studio has created a home that maximises the connection with the island's nature by unifying the different spaces. This house is located in the paradise of Bonaire, a privileged enclave in the Balearic Islands. Its structure is based on two monolithic volumes, with a panoramic that connects directly with the sea. The interior layout and geometry of the house has been designed in such a way that a clear view of the front bay can be seen at all times. Giving the home spacious and neutral interior spaces.Natural textures and materials have been used, with Mediterranean texture and color, according to their surroundings, without disturbing the frontal connection to the sea.
