The posed effect is a recurrent feature of the agency. It affirms the reading of well-defined volumes. The project is the superimposition of a relatively opaque volume placed on a wall. The living space located on the ground floor is completely hollowed out, thus offering itself generously to the garden. The long stone wall structures the entire house, becoming the common denominator between interior and exterior. This wall, located to the north, provides protection against prevailing winds and provides the necessary privacy from the street. This was made to be an extension to their current offices en another floor, where they needed the more public spaces, meeting rooms, reception, so they can recieve clientes and visitors properly, since the other floor is more operational. 01 Project Description   The project is located in Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, with a view of Wanfeng Lake Wetland Park to the south. The architectural form presents two geometrically deformed spatial sequences. It offers an elaborately arranged experience sequence between the internal space and the external landscape.   The museum is highly artistic and public in design, which represents an exciting trend in the development of modern community centers and spaces. The project is a redesign of an existing project. The former project's structure was a classic nine square grid. Analyzing the whole project and its limits, we have decided to redesign the building by minimum manipulate. The current design is a development of the mentioned grid with a steel frame structure. Considering the project's potential, we enhance its program in a way that a guest room, with a steel frame structure, is added in a mezzanine.According to the project's geometry, we merge the swimming pool with the entire ground level. The design was inspired by the home featured in the 1955 Alfred Hitchcock thriller, North by Northwest. It is a modern design with an overall "Frank Lloyd Wright" feel. Open spaces with high ceilings and large windows, the home backs up to the Hogg Bird Sanctuary and Bayou Bend. The pool is also custom designed to the slope of the property featuring two levels and three waterfalls. Old water mill gained new, better life. Owing to the architect’s creativity concerning conversion of the attic space, an old building turned into a comfortable and illuminated house. In order to make the building’s attic suitable for living, it was vital to fill it with natural light. Creator of the project used different types of FAKRO roof windows. Applying FAKRO proSky windows secured very good interior lighting. The old Neumann's Villa in Gliwice, Poland has been modernised inside and outside. The architect brought new life to the old building, that before World War II belonged to Artur Neumann, the heir to a large printing company in pre-war Gliwice. Throughout the years the building served different purposes. The current owner is the Water and Severage Company and it uses the Villa as an office building.The new look of Neumann's Villa is pure white. It looks amazing surrounded by natural greenery.
