As part of the repositioning of 1125 17th Street in Denver, the lobby introduces a refined, hospitality-driven experience designed to attract modern tenants. The entry sequence emphasizes openness, light, and material continuity, creating a seamless transition from the outside to the interior. A focal point of this design is a custom installation of flexible wire mesh, featuring Banker Wire Dune 40100 pattern in mahogany brown powder coat, spanning the street-facing entry, reception backdrop, and ceiling plane. MAAN Villa is an exploration of the relationship between dwelling, nature, and tranquility within a suburban context. The project is shaped by a minimalist yet sensory approach that prioritizes spatial quality, natural light, and the experience of inhabitation over formal expression and visual complexity. The school's curriculum integrates academics with Judaic studies, focusing on cultivating future leaders and fostering community service. UNIQUE WOODEN LABORATORY BUILDING REALISED WITH THE FIRST APPLICATION OF PRETTY PLASTIC’S NEW BASIC THIRD TILES: Plus Ultra III will be a future-proof building offering some 7,600 m2 of space for laboratories, pilot plants, and offices. As the construction is made almost entirely of wood (CLT), the building is at the forefront of sustainability. One cubic metre of wood stores around 1 tonne of CO2; during the production of CLT, around 150 kilograms of CO2 are released. This creates a CO2-negative construction. The renovation of this building was started by other designers but, in the variations underway, the final appearance of the building did not convince the client. Thus, once the works had begun, we took over the Works Management, completely changing the external appearance of the building, modifying: the external balconies and their parapets, simplifying the entrance to the structure and inserting an external veranda, defining the composition of the facades in a different way .
