Genetec set up offices in Mexico City primarily to provide an immersive experience for its clients, as well as enabling its employees to work in pleasant, accessible spaces. So they opted for a strategic location in the prestigious Chapultepec Uno tower, right in the heart of the new business district. Casa Arco Iris is a project which remodels the 1990s-built detached villa located adjacent to a golf course in the Algarve. Landis + Gyr is a Swiss company, involved in manufacturing rugged metering systems for various industry applications. On the other hand, their products are Smart and incorporate high technology for a modernized future. The design of the work space was an attempt to show these two opposite aspects of the company. On one side the exposed ceilings and services convey an industrial look whereas the center islands are clean and minimal. This residential + commercial 16 Storet, 273 unit Monarch development is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, providing a view of lake Ontario. This condo was built by Monarch construction and is located at Queens Quay and Spadina. The building has a very modern feel with it’s 16 storeys of tinted glass and 273 suites. Some of the amenities of the building include a steam room, sauna, whirlpool, hot tub, fitness center, rooftop lounge with patio and a partyroom. Other security features include suite alarm systems and a security system in the underground parking. More

Designed by architecture and design firm Studio Otto Felix, Nosotros bar merges an elegant, light, straight architecture, with few plans to strong artistic elements that take sides of the two only existing walls and ceiling - completing the goal of creating something unusual and striking that combined with bartender and co-owner, Rafael Araujo´s sophisticated drinks.
