Tobago Coastal Resort Master Plan

Located on the southern coast of Tobago, the project proposes the development of a resort embedded within a natural landscape characterized by white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and extensive coastal mangroves. The master plan begins with a clear premise: allowing the existing landscape to structure the development while introducing an architecture that settles lightly within the territory through a minimal and respectful intervention. PhiBa Architecture The project occupies a site of approximately 18.7 hectares and accommodates 500 guest rooms with a density of 26.7 rooms per hectare. The planning strategy deliberately limits the building footprint, ensuring that the natural landscape remains the dominant presence on the site. As... More

Edifício Jardim

The single block and the creation of a large garden allowed for the enhancement of the quality of all the apartments. They will all have sunlight! In architecture, open space is just as important as the built structure. In this project, the achievement of this space was so significant that it even gave the development its name — we started calling it “Jardim” (Garden). André Nacli André Nacli André Nacli With this layout, the triangular plot, which was once a problem, now functions perfectly, as it frees up 30 meters of open space on the facade, creating a sig... GFC country house

The project of Patricia Martinez Architecture Office is inspired by antique stables and elucidates contemporaneity. Inspired by the atmosphere of country houses, the GFC project is located in Larissa Farm, on a plot of 2,300 square meters. The house has wooden roof tiles and is distributed in three blocks of building: two lateral stone blocks connected by pergolas to a textured central block. Fran Parente The 600 square meters house grabs attention due to the external walls made of ashlar stone and the ceiling made in Brazilian oakwood, also known as Tauari wood. “The brief was to create a contemporary aesthetic at the same time as an atmosphere of country houses, inspired by old stables”, explains Patricia Martinez, CEO...
