Optimizing existing homes is one of our passions. It brings us great joy to help families stay in their traditional living spaces while significantly improving their living conditions through targeted interventions. A particularly good example of this is Apartment O, where we once again demonstrated that generous living doesn’t require a lot of square meters. Space Transformation The space of LUCKY WORLD is long and narrow, and a straightforward division into three business areas would have resulted in an isolated experience. Instead, through analysis of each business’s operational needs, we restructured the space around the interplay of open and private zones. The curved, full-height shelf displaying China Farm products acts as both a divider and an integrator, weaving the various functions together. Inspired by the form and motion of a lottery ball, the curved layout and fluid circulation unify the three business areas. In the 74-square-meter apartment in Londrina, Paraná, in southern Brazil, a rich palette of deep blue tones permeates the space, creating an atmosphere aligned with a cosmopolitan lifestyle. Tilleuls project is a typical example of housing in residential areas. Plot divided to generate profit, house too small, too much partitioned, not adapted anymore to the current lifestyle and not insulated. House#05 is an interior project for the restructuring of an apartment inside a building from the 1930s in Milan. The double room 70 sq.m. apartment is situated on the principal floor of the building and from the large window of the living room captures entirely in a symmetrical fashion and which ultimately acts as witness to the environment in which it is located. Not long ago, there were gated dead ends (Sibe), surrounded by houses that accommodated relatives. Not long ago, there were enclosed courtyards, surrounded by rooms, housing a family. These Sibe (semi-public urban spaces) and courtyards (semi-private spaces) used to gift us the "sky" as soon as we stepped out of the house. Today, however, these families, households, or individuals live in different parts of the city, country, or even the world. Where? In apartments.
