The Skylight house, operates on the principles of purity in planning with a minimalistic ensemble in the interiors to create a home that flawlessly connects the spaces, reaching beyond the walls and becoming one with the ethereal nature and the mighty sky above. The dramatic pitched roof that spans the entire width of the house catches the eye of the viewer from far away. The Manjeri Residence brings together the principles of Indian architecture with the contemporary design of a London home. The property incorporates a chalet-style design, with the majority of the living spaces on the ground floor. This architecture is the Chetan residence's in Shahpura, Bhopal, with three independent portions. In this case, where each place is in a different business format and a private residence coexist , the 1st floor till the 3rd floor is the residential plot. The gable roof type was divided into two to create a courtyard, and each place had a good sense of distance. The residential section on the second floor was created to create a sense of unity in the private area by seeing through the line of sight. More

And enter the Waterfall house.    Inspired by the meditative forces of nature, the Waterfall house is a modern rendition of an urban sanctuary, and home to the Vashisht family in Jalandhar, Punjab. As one approaches the house, the exterior palette leaves a lasting impression. The facade is inspired by the rocky landscape and the snow-capped mountains of upper Himalayas. Dual waterfalls mark dual entrances into the house. The couple Mr. & Mrs. Shroff are Vadodara's most envied and admired couple who devoted a lot of time in uplifting the lives of Gujarat's rural population. The needs of each family member are completely divergent from a carpentry workshop to a chef kitchen. The complexity of diverging requirements and the manner to put them together was the main challenge.The plan was kept deceptively simple and the idea was to use natural materials to create a warm inclusive home. CONTEXTThe apartment is located at Nepean Sea road, one of the more upmarket localities of Mumbai. With a square foot area of 5000 sft spread over two floors we could dedicate the entire living room to open up to the stunning Arabian Sea view.DESIGN CONCEPTThe layout of the apartment is basically a duplex with a double height entrance lobby leading to the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Guest bedroom on the ground floor and the Bedrooms and the Entertainment room on the upper floor.
