Villa in Karditsa, Greece
The modern villa is located on the outskirts of the city of Karditsa, in Thessaly. The characteristics of the place were a great inspiration. In general, the design of the building refers to two axes. The semi-urban environment of the city and the natural landscape with the rich mountainous terrain. The prismatic design of the volumes, are a strong architectural reference to the mountainous landscape of the region. An attempt to integrate an urban villa to its natural surroundings.

Athenian mid-war penthouse
In the Anaktora part of Kolonaki, in a listed mid-war building of the 1930s, the penthouse apartment – loaded with urban history - was transformed by Constantine Bouras Studio through a meticulous renovation that aimed to preserve the apartment’s past Athenian glory, while introducing contemporary design elements - creating a space that bridges past and present in a homogenous new visual narrative.

Papagou Residences
Built on a 516 sq. m. plot in the eastern suburb of Papagou, in close proximity to Mount Hymettus, these residences combine the tranquility of nature with the convenience of urban living.
The building consists of a ground-floor apartment, two full-floor apartments, and a three-story penthouse. Its exterior features two vertical surfaces that subtly protrude from the main structure, creating a visual boundary from neighboring buildings. This design orients the living spaces of each apartment to the east and west, providing necessary cross-ventilation and allowing residents to enjoy views of the natural environment to the east and the urban landscape to the west.

Harmony Apartment Renovation
The apartment is situated in Glyfada, a southern suburb of Athens, Greece. It is a maisonette apartment situated on the last two floors of an apartment building constructed in the early 2000. The main concept was to bring as much light as possible inside reversing its main north orientation, introducing a white veil covering everything to create a harmonious environment. Wooden louvres, painted with white lacquer, hide the structural elements, and form the separate functions within the open plan. The kitchen is also dressed in white colors, with a few touches of wood.

Aloof houses apartment building is in Voula a southern suburb of Athens. It exists on a corner plot with northeast orientation. At the west, from the third floor you have a sea view while from the east facade you have a view to Ymettos mountain

Mylopotamos House
The study concerns a traditional two-volume building extending over two floors, with an enclosed courtyard area and orchard, in the area of Mylopotamos, specifically in the traditional settlement of Margarites. The construction of the building dates back to around 1900 and its construction material is stone, with a wooden roof and clay roof tiles. In the building, various construction elements of the period and the region were observed, such as battlements, recesses in stone walls and traditional fireplace cookers.

The project concerns the renovation study and then its implementation, in an existing stone house of 1931 in the mountainous Mylopotamos of Crete. The house consists of two floors, a ground floor with a terrace and a basement, twice the size of the space, which extends both in the area of the main use of the house and in the terrace, creating a long narrow space, without natural light and ventilation.
