Gould Property Company hired CORE to design Accelspace AP2 Spec Suites in Crystal City.
Accelspace provides pre-built, creative office suites designed to serve dynamic young companies that have outgrown coworking spaces. The Crystal City location offers move-in-ready suites sized between 2,000 SF and 3,300 SF and is best suited for teams of 15 to 45 employees. The design environment focuses on microclimates of activity in the common areas, with quiet nooks, semi-active meeting spots, technologically advanced conferencing rooms and flexibility for event hosting. Simplistic and modern, are the adjectives used to describe the Verde Point apartments in Arlington, Va. The fresh community consists of two buildings, one that is 10-stories tall and houses 162 apartments, along with a low building featuring a parking garage, grocery store and 39 residential units. Opened in July 2015, the Verde Point apartments were created as a way to address the housing demand in the vicinity to the Courthouse Metro Station.The architect, Antunovich Associates, inspired by the surrounding cityscapes of neighboring Alexandria and Washington, D.C., designed the tower to offer residents panoramic views from their living spaces.
