Accelspace AP2 Spec Suites

CORE architecture + design as Interior Architects

Gould Property Company hired CORE to design Accelspace AP2 Spec Suites in Crystal City.

Accelspace provides pre-built, creative office suites designed to serve dynamic young companies that have outgrown coworking spaces. The Crystal City location offers move-in-ready suites sized between 2,000 SF and 3,300 SF and is best suited for teams of 15 to 45 employees. The design environment focuses on microclimates of activity in the common areas, with quiet nooks, semi-active meeting spots, technologically advanced conferencing rooms and flexibility for event hosting. The larger suites include two private offices, a six to eight-person conference room and a private coffee bar. Other communal amenities include private one to two-person meeting cubbies, a worktable and full copy/print station, and Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roaster’s Nitro Cold Brew program on tap.
