Karmrakhayt Playground
Karmrakhayt Playground is a realized public project located in Yerevan’s Circular Park. With a total area of approximately 2,000 m², it is the largest family-oriented playground in Armenia and the first public space of this scale designed as a continuous play landscape rather than a collection of isolated elements.
The project site is historically connected to the Getar River, one of Yerevan’s former natural waterways, which today flows partially in an open canal and partially in an underground collector. Although physically present, the river has disappeared from everyday urban perception, especially for younger generations. Residential building
In this project we create high efficency environment planning in relatively small land which contains in it : 2 story parking + parking across the two facades of a building , smartly connected roads which provide enough area for emergency cars moving . As in other our projects we are trying to create eco friendly area with increasing green areas in main territory .
We solved each story plans in a way to provide comfortable living area for apartments owners and every apartment has it's own balcony (terrace) which gave people inspiration that they are near to natural environment ․

Unfolding NPAK - Centre for Contemporary Art
Unfolding NPAK – KANTOOR receives Jury-Mention for renovation proposal for the Armenian Centre of Contemporary Experimental Art.KANTOOR, a Colombian-Dutch architecture studio based in Beijing, proposes an intervention to open up the Armenian Centre of Contemporary Experimental Art (NPAK). A new building volume wraps around the building and cuts through the site to open up the building to the city and create new public spaces in both interior and exterior. Yerevan has a long history of multiple nationalities, religions and ethnicities residing in the current land of Armenia, all leaving behind a piece of their culture. Papazian Library American University of Armenia
The American University of Armenia was founded in 1991. With a mission to create a new standard of education during a difficult time in Armenia’s history. With the establishment of the university, the AGBU Papazian Library was founded the same year. The library was named after the Papazian family, a generous benefactor of the American University of Armenia. The American University of Armenia’s educational standards and philosophy have distinguished it within Armenia, and this library serves as a testament to the university’s culture of transparency, innovation, and academic commitment. Tatev Oil Mill Restoration & Exhibit Design
The Tatev Oil Mill was restored as part of the Tatev Revival Project. Storaket was honored to be included in this project to revitalize and restore one of Armenia’s architectural treasures, the 9th century Tatev Monastery. This ancient oil mill was restored as an educational museum to let patrons explore the lifestyle of the monastic community. We designed the interior lighting and exhibition displays for this space.The design harmonizes with the timeless qualities of this interior. Visitors are still able to sense the historic nature of the original structure as they access modern educational resources.
