The Big Idea is the idea of white box. Nobody knows what is inside. Maybe it’s a gift. Or a package. Or… It is a building-box. The box where ideas and products of intellectual labor are. Art Residence is a 1.7 hectare-multifunctional residential complex located on Bekhozhina street in Almaty. It is located at the walking distance to the central business and leisure districts of Almaty. Meanwhile, it benefits from being located near the hills in a quiet neighborhood. We have consulted with traffic, seismic, geological engineers to ensure the new residential complex improves the area and provides safe and comfortable living conditions.
