SOLO CSV

SOLO CSV transforms a former industrial building into a centre for experimentation, debate, and the celebration of art in unexpected formats and contents. Inside, a public circulation spine of shifting scale—part corridor, part lively urban street—connects, crosses, and reveals a diverse and often indeterminate programme distributed over 4,000 square metres across two floors. This loop, with its ambiguous interior–exterior character, expands and contracts to create spaces for rest, encounter, and contemplation. Hankyu Hanshin Properties Co., Ltd. has opened the “Hankyu Hanshin Brokerage Honmachi Branch” as its first external brokerage office in the Honmachi area. Conceived not merely as a real estate brokerage office but as a flagship store envisioned as a platform for creating new value that goes beyond conventional real estate services. Kazuoki Yasugi Photography Honmachi is a lively area where offices and residences coexist, attracting a diverse range of people. Historic Homestead Transformed into Art Center

A historic manor in Panevėžys, Lithuania, has been revitalized as an art residency and creativity center. The red-brick homestead, a protected heritage site, was carefully renovated, preserving its historical details. A modern extension was also added, designed to blend with the natural terrain of the surrounding park.
