Four Urban Patio Houses Developed on four adjoining 10 x 20 metres plots in San Rafael, Mendoza, the project explores how a single order can give rise to different ways of dwelling. Rather than four independent objects, the houses form a continuous structure in which repetition and variation coexist within a shared logic.

The house is located in a privileged spot, at the foot of the mountains and next to a pristine beach.

The roof emerges from the street, dissipating the strong Mistral wind. The section favors the entry and circulation of the sea breeze throughout all spaces. The overhangs also passively regulate the interior temperature. The house can remain open, enjoying the freshness of the sea and the Mediterranean climate.
