Figa House

Figa House is a statement of how the simplicity and wisdom of traditional constructions can merge with the contemporary context, respecting both local culture and the environment. Ambientes sociais com peças de mobiliário que são ícones no mercado, como as poltronas Mole, do designer Sérgio Rodrigues, inseridas no living.

Plena integração entre o interior e exterior, fazendo com que as varandas e decks exteriores se comportem como uma extensão da casa.

Concreto aparente, brise soleil vertical, deck em madeira e pedras naturais compõem os materiais e palete de texturas que trazem personalidade a esta casa urbana.

A arte urbana ganha destaque nesse pé- direito duplo que compõe a sala de jantar/estar, integrada ao gourmet e as áreas de lazer exteriores.

Casa do Parque

Located in Salvador, this project has 4 floors implanted according to the existing slope of the original land. Contemporary lines with concrete, wood and glass facades, contrasting with the abundant green surroundings. Large window frames were designed for full integration of internal and external spaces and maximum use of natural lighting and ventilation, providing comfortable spaces for family living.
