SEJERS KONDITORI

At Sejers Konditori, the kitchen is no longer hidden away.   The journey of flour turning into bread, of raw ingredients becoming a meal—processes once kept behind closed doors—is brought back into the rhythm of daily life. Caption For WJ STUDIO, the concept of the "social kitchen" is more than a spatial layout; it is a philosophy of living. It is a place where ingredients are prepped, baked, cooked, and shared. Here, aromas, sounds, and warmth weave together the rawest moments of everyday life, naturally drawing people closer to their food and to each other.     01 Community Connector Robyn This space is more than a bakery-restaurant; it serves as one of the most vibrant social hubs on the neighb... Bon Enfant

Luneurs bon enfant is located in Jing’an MIXC World. The project explores the theme of “retro futurism”, ignited by a series of retro-futuristic illustrations by a French Chocolate Factory in the 50’s and 60’s. hcreates interior design Retro futurism itself is a sort of contradiction; visions of the future from a time gone by, allowing us to play with the past era in a contemporary way. Evident in the French illustrations was the use of color, curves, movement, and form, and the general graphic, energetic style. When approaching both the layout and spatial design we tried to integrate these aspects as much as possible, from the sculptural curving bench seats that define the seating area to the iconography... Pan de Fuego

The proposal we developed for the new storefront for Pan de Fuego in Cholula, is originated from the understanding of the artisanal process of the product they offer, artisanal bread. Also, the value on the preexistences found on the site is complemented by materiality and furniture.  Caption The honesty of the baker's work and its product, encouraged a proposal that related to the work inside the kitchen, prioritizing materiality and interior ambiance. With this in mind, we chose to strip the walls to expose the brick and neutralizing it to contrast the color of the original floor tiles, a model called 'huichol' which we were asked to keep but were happy to do since it adds to the identity and characteristic colorfulness of the... NOMILI

Nomili Patisserie is a chain of French-style cafés offering a wide range of quality pastries. Following the success of the first location in Kfar Saba, several other branches were opened in Hod Hasharon and Ra'anana.   The initial branch was designed in a certain manner that did not suit the nature of the brand as it developed over the years, and therefore requires cosmetic renovation.    The first thing that stood out was that what is already a small space, felt even smaller because of an incorrect division of space. As one can only imagine, every meter that is not properly utilized in any business and in a small space in particular, may have a decisive effect on the success of the business. Therefore, we have can... More

Interior Design Artelier Artisanal Bakery

This project was a bit challenging because we had to change the current image of the space and turn it into a very bright one, with a Parisian flow. We decided to choose pastel colors such as pink and gray for the background, filled with complementary gold and blue details. To better optimize the space, we reorganized it so that there is a correct customer flow, with as much space as possible for product exhibition and storage. The added feature that we came up with was the bar table area, which allows the customers to enjoy a delight on the spot, along with a hot cup of coffee. More
