Banco BPI
The emblematic Monumental Building was reborn as BPI's new premises. The offices house the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors and around 1.000 bank employees on 11 floors. In this project, built by Vector Mais and designed and managed by CBRE, sustainability, technological innovation, and comfort took a central role. The space offers excellent working conditions, maximising collaboration and well-being, providing spaces primarily organised in open space, with meeting areas and soundproofed individual work areas.

The whole building of this IDBank is comprised of 3 floors, and the first one will be the topic of our discussion today.
When approaching us, IDBank wanted to get a “comfortable, warm” space, unlike the traditional, “cold” bank interiors.
So, our team came up with the unique concept of combining personal business with the need to attend a bank. You can grab a coffee and even have a friend over while you’re waiting. This is what we call comfort.
We used wooden elements, splashes of green and the warm orange. Soft furniture and a relaxing mood are the final notes. More

Capitec Bank Headquarters
Capitec Bank, one of the largest and most progressive banks in Africa, has unveiled its innovative new headquarters, iKhaya, meaning ‘home’ in Xhosa. Designed by multidisciplinary studio, dhk Architects, the three-storey curvilinear building is defined by its dynamic interior architecture, which embodies the company’s progressive outlook and embraces the concept of agile working.
