BARRIO NUEVO QUILMES

Casa Paola is located in the Nuevo Quilmes neighborhood. It is a contemporary residence built primarily in exposed concrete, featuring large glazed surfaces and a strong connection between the interior spaces and the outdoors. Since the house is situated on a corner lot, and considering its orientation, the main entrance was positioned along one side of the property, opening the garden toward the corner. This approach creates a side entrance while enhancing the views and the relationship with the outdoor spaces.
