Riomar represents a boutique luxury beach development that originated around 2012. The finalization of the beachfront lots occurred more recently, resulting in the creation of eight exquisite beachfront villas/townhouses, masterfully designed by George Moreno.These eight beach units are captivatingly arranged in distinctive pairs, with one unit situated above the other. The design aims beyond the conventional resort and commits unique emphasis on the wellness of the human mind and body. The resort consists of organic lines with sweeping shingled-roofs in order to blend traditional design languages with modern ones. The spa/wellness complex is stilted over the ocean and consists of inset ovals that contain a central suspended space. If you read advertisements for holidays in a hotel, the hotel itself is supposed to have attractive charateristics. It is only a step from the sea. Its rooms are luxurious. There are several restaurants. There is a spa, which has luxurious products. The advert stresses each of the virtues of the hotel in terms of what it provides, and yet it never concentrates on the hotel itself.
