Riomar represents a boutique luxury beach development that originated around 2012. The finalization of the beachfront lots occurred more recently, resulting in the creation of eight exquisite beachfront villas/townhouses, masterfully designed by George Moreno.
These eight beach units are captivatingly arranged in distinctive pairs, with one unit situated above the other. The lower unit enjoys the privilege of having a garden and pool area extending towards the ocean, seamlessly blending with the shoreline. On the other hand, the upper unit boasts a rooftop area that houses its own pool and deck, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.
The interior design seamlessly merges contemporary aesthetics with a sense of warmth and informality. Notably, the exposed circular ductwork for air-conditioning has been thoughtfully painted in a hue that harmonizes with the interior, contributing to an unpretentious and modern ambiance. This creative approach not only enhances the visual appeal but also elevates the ceiling height, adopting a modern chandelier-like arrangement referred to as the Super-Oh configuration.
The kitchen and bar area are intelligently conceptualized to serve dual purposes. It functions impeccably as a practical space for food preparation while seamlessly transforming into an inviting entertainment area that can also double as a bar or dining table. Though distinct, these two spaces communicate harmoniously through the application of warm wooden finishes, creating a balanced and inviting atmosphere.The rooftop is a haven of subtle and ambient lighting, meticulously designed to emulate the vibe of a trendy beach lounge.
