The beauty studio is located in a prestigious new building in Kyiv's Obolon district. This is the third object of the 365 network, the design for which was created by the Bogdanova Bureau team. The project is dominated by transparency and minimalism. Benissa is simple forms and basic shapes with an original design. Interior arrangements combine elements of the minimal, scandi and modern style, thanks to which the whole creates a harmonious space for living and relaxing. The interior is dominated by bright, neutral colors. All rooms have been maintained in shades of gray and off-white. The object was designed in a non-obvious way. Named after the Secret Service handles for John F. Kennedy and Jackie Onassis, Lancer & Lace Salon is rooted in iconic beauty. Established by two aspiring entrepreneurs in 2016, the founders approached Seattle-based design-build firm, Collaborative Companies, looking for help designing and building out their dream space in Belltown’s Insignia Towers. Inheriting an empty shell and limited square footage, the design team had to take a strategic approach to the Salon’s layout. Key functional zones including styling and shampoo stations, private esthetician rooms, and restrooms connect through a central core that helps guide people through the space. The renovation project of the flagship store of Shiseido, the largest cosmetics company in Japan, started in 1872 as Japan's first Western-style pharmacy in Ginza, Tokyo. "SHISEIDO THE STORE” has four floors, each serving various functions and services. Cosmetics are sold on the ground and 1st floors: products on the ground floor are aimed at foreign tourists, and the 1st floor also houses a skin care salon. There is a photo studio and a hair and make-up salon on the 2nd floor, and on the 3rd floor there is a cafe, event space and private booths for beauty consultations. The main concept of the interior design was to integrate the common elements of interior construction... By pervading the design with our inherent minimalism, we create a sense of balance between simplicity and audacity.
