Located in the very heart of Minsk, this office for a Belarusian company was initially a compartmentalized, outdated maze of small rooms that completely failed to reflect the status and ambition of our clients. Ekho Studio has completed the design of a 34,000 sq ft serviced office environment for operator Gilbanks on the first and second floors of No. 1 St Michaels, the new, central Manchester landmark development brought to market by Gary Neville’s Relentless Developments. This office serves as the hub for SES operations, dispatching system engineers while embodying the corporate philosophy: “Unite everything, create a neo-future.” Designed with the values of trust, autonomy, and collaboration at its core, the workspace itself becomes a driver of innovation. Revitalization of an old dairy farm (1909) as media agency hub   The client and user, the owner-managed media agency UNBOUND MEDIA, founded in 1997, has set itself the goal of being the most socially sustainable employer for a creative workflow and also operating its offices in a virtually climate-neutral way.
