A Space Where People and Technology Shape the Future

This office serves as the hub for SES operations, dispatching system engineers while embodying the corporate philosophy: “Unite everything, create a neo-future.” Designed with the values of trust, autonomy, and collaboration at its core, the workspace itself becomes a driver of innovation.

Due to the limitations of the existing building, a raised floor could not be implemented throughout. Instead, elevated flooring and open ceilings were strategically applied only to work and café areas, ensuring comfort and functionality where needed most.

Entrance – Gateway to the Future

The entrance symbolizes the company’s vision and values. Concrete floors and corrugated metal walls create an open, outdoor-like atmosphere, guiding visitors naturally into offices and meeting rooms. On the right wall, the colorful “UN” logo—derived from the company’s initials—represents trust and unity, sending a powerful message: “The future begins here.”

Community Hub – A Place of Connection

This café-style space fosters relationships and idea exchange, supported by natural light and a relaxed atmosphere. Used daily for casual meetings, it can transform into a presentation space for 10–12 people. The multifunctional counter serves both as a desk and pantry, while diagonal shelving partitions create subtle boundaries without blocking airflow or light. The design encourages chance encounters that spark fresh ideas.

Cluster – The Work Core

An open-plan office balances freedom with accountability. To maximize space, the floor was raised for wiring, while the ceiling was left exposed and finished in dark gray to reduce visual pressure. Suspended linear lighting enhances the sense of height. Along the west windows, planters mixing real and artificial greenery bring brightness and openness, creating a workplace that fuels productivity and creativity.

Intensive Unit – Four Meeting Rooms

Each meeting room is designed with a specific purpose—brainstorming, decision-making, or presentations—providing optimal conditions for deep thinking and collaboration. Distinct pendant lighting differentiates each room, while the main eight-person meeting room features a whiteboard wall to stimulate active discussions.
