Project DescriptionWestmore Linden is an affordable senior housing development located in California, with an approximate built-up area of 94,000 SF. The project is designed as a 6-level assisted living residential complex, comprising 90 apartment units for low-income senior citizens, including dedicated units for individuals with special needs.
The development is divided into two building segments. The first segment includes one parking level, followed by two residential levels, along with a community and recreation center and a spacious central courtyard.
