KYLU - Creative Office

Project Overview KYLU is a 1,592 sq ft creative workspace tucked into the heart of Swiss Cottage, designed for the team and collaborators of a local entrepreneur. The project came to us through a returning residential client who wanted her professional environment to feel completely different from her home — more expressive, more creative, and unmistakably her own. Holla Advocaten Eindhoven

Holla Advocaten is an old acquaintance of us. In ’17 we’ve designed and realised the interior of their office in Den Bosch. This time we were asked to design their location in Eindhoven. This concerns a new office in Eindhoven where Holla Advocaten is going to settle. The interior that we’ve designed for their office in Den Bosch was our guideline. Simmons & Simmons

The Simmons & Simmons office no longer fulfilled the purpose for which it was intended. After considering various scenarios, the decision was taken to reduce the office space by about 10% (from 5,000 m2 to 4,540 m2) and fit out the entire office with a new interior to prepare it for the future. DZAP designed the new interior, managed the project and carried out the renovation. Throughout the renovation Simmons & Simmons continued to work in the office. To minimise disruptions for the employees and complete the project as quickly as possible, we drew up an efficient plan for a phased move, with an overflow area to be used as a swing space. Hogan Lovells

The renowned law firm Hogan Lovells has opted for the Zuidas in Amsterdam. In the brand new ‘Noordtoren’ of the Atrium complex they moved into the 7th, 8th and 9th floor. A deliberate choice to switch from the center of Amsterdam to the Zuidas where their current and potential clients, their peers and other relevant and important business relations are located.It has been a pleasure for us to create an interior with international allure.
