On the Asian shore of the Bosphorus in Anadoluhisarı, 181 House sits on a 4,000 m² waterfront plot facing the strait. escapefromsofa reworked the interior of this historic house as a contemporary family home, keeping the character of the original building while adapting it to everyday life. Figg Store Kuruçeşme

Figg is a women’s shoe brand inspired by Istanbul, placing craftsmanship at its core and reinterpreting the traditional çarık form through a contemporary lens.The brand’s first physical store was designed in Kuruçeşme, within a compact footprint of 13 m². A ceiling height of over 4 meters and a prominent corner location within the building block lend the space a volumetric perception far beyond its actual size. The Kebap Restaurant

The Kebap, located on the sea front overlooking Gümüşsuyu, was designed as two separate floors, a restaurant on the ground floor and a service area on the lower floor. The Kebap has a warm touch with its social table as one of its first examples, Tom Dixon design illuminations, Koleksiyon Mobilya design chairs which were  used for the first time in this project, infinite forest optical illusion covering a wall in the dining area and a special design oven in the shape of the Maiden’s Tower.  More
