In the pedestrian heart of Padua, Essentia redefines the concept of a showroom through an intervention that works on spatial continuity and the expressive power of surfaces. The project moves beyond simple commercial display to create a unified organism, where cement resin, stone, and wood become architectural matter that guides the visitor from the public dimension of the ground floor toward the immersive and intimate dimension of the basement.

Beirut Café
Within the historic and newly renovated Östermalms Saluhall marketplace in Stockholm, the new restaurant Beirut Café includes specially manufactured metal mesh for its vibrant interior. Banker Wire M22-83 in braided solid brass enhances the look by being used in dividing screens, shelving and counters and in ceiling tiles and panels. The Banker Wire TXZ-3 is an antique copper-plated metal mesh designed like towers to enhance the atmosphere around the room. The metal mesh paired by the architects brings a clean yet warm feel to the interior design. S-Vitech's intervention in this project was related to the ability to coat the entire central staircase in brass as well as the production and installation of the brass guardrails. The baseboard of the central balcony as well as other brass details complement the space's requite. At the IKONIK 35, guests are greeted by a first impact with the map and brass compass rose.

Villa RS by JUMA Architects employs charred wooden cladding and horizontally oriented planes to blend with the Belgian landscape
In the Flemish Ardennses, Villa RS by JUMA Architects is situated in a picturesque landscape with church towers in the distance. The horizontal nature of the house, as well as the black façade of burnt wood, are intended to deflect attention to the surrounding nature.

Magnificent Ghent Altarpiece takes centre stage as part of Saint Bavo Cathedral Restoration
After years of scientifically based renovation, the world-famous Ghent altarpiece by the Van Eyck Brothers has been restored to its original state at Belgium’s Saint Bavo Cathedral. Bressers Architects, who are restoration specialists, undertook the works which began in October 2012 and will conclude in 2025.
