Planned for a couple of young doctors, Tangerine House is a 220 m2 residence lodged in an elongated and narrow plot, surrounded by neighbors, in the Alto da Lapa neighborhood in São Paulo, Brazil. The aim was to design ample and permeable integrated spaces, offering a contemporary approach to urban living.  Firstly, the columns were moved to the lateral limits of the plot, allowing for a free open plan throughout its length. Located in a building designed by Artacho Jurado in the Vila Buarque neighborhood, the Praça Apartment was designed for a young architect who chose to move to the center of São Paulo. The 70m² apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation aimed at maximizing the integration between spaces. Except for the walls that enclose the bathroom, all other partitions were demolished, creating a large open and multifunctional environment. The new layout of the apartment introduced flexibility and the overlapping of uses and functions (cooking, working, sleeping, and socializing), in line with the laid-back lifestyle of the resident, who is also a co-author of the project. Located in São Paulo, the Cartola Apartment was designed to be a cozy urban retreat for a couple residing in the state´s interior but working part of the week in the capital.  The 65 m² property underwent extensive renovations, including demolition of masonry, new plumbing and electrical installations, new finishes, lighting, carpentry, and furniture. The project for MSA House, located in the Terras de São José II condominium in the countryside of São Paulo, aimed to meet the clients' request, a couple with one child: a permeable, integrated, functional residence that takes advantage of the terrain, a slight slope, to enjoy the view of the valley. Inspired by the fluid movement of these animals, the forest temple is based on the principle of arriving and landing in a territory of ecological relationships in a light and gentle way. With a height of 8m and an external diameter of 16m, the Ayuru space offers a flexible area for different uses in events and practices.
