Sector: Financial ServicesSize: 15,000 sq ftThe Vision:To truly enhance their new workplace, the SunLife team wanted a “wow-factor” design. This interior office design brief therefore revolved around creating a unique and modern space, which would also be sympathetic to the building’s traditional use as a soap and vinegar warehouse and it's location on Bristol's waterfront.The Result:The finished result is a modern two-floor space that utilises clean lines and one-of-a-kind touches. SPORTISIMO is a leading Czech retailer of sporting goods and sport is the key element throughout the company's entire new HQ, which CAPEXUS both designed and built. The company's work environment was designed to be as flexible as possible. Employees can work in offices from anywhere."It's important that offices adapt to the needs of upcoming generations," said Daniel Matula, the co-founder of CAPEXUS, which designed and built the office for SPORTISIMO. TFKB Headquarters - Interior Design Project
33 storey building that constructed in Ümraniye – İstanbul – Turkey is designed as the new headquarters for Türkiye Finans Participation Bank with 60.559 sqm total construction area. The multi-national partnership and the participational structure of the company were taken into consideration to be emphasized during the design process.Initial idea of the conceptual design derieved from TFKB brand motto, “Surplus value instead of consumption” and claiming to generate surplus value from the participation idea are described in design geometry. SOUL is a multi-purpose product with a stylish shape, projected for meeting and breakout areas as well as for the office environment. The single shell structure is made of high resistance polyamide and it comes in black or light grey color.
SOUL chair is always equipped with a self-adjusting tilting mechanism which gives great comfort to the chair and mitigate the negative effect of a long stay on the chair. The technical upholstery of seat and back is obtained by combining, in a sort of sandwich the fabric - an elastic polymer - and again the fabric.
