Mosman House 01

Alterations to a Federation house. Many original features had been covered or removed by previous owners.The external works included replacing the external brick skin, sunroom cladding, some windows and the chimneys to match the original house. The original gable end and timber porch details were exposed.Internally, new wall openings allow light to the living areas whilst retaining the character of the rooms. The Princess Precinct

The ‘Princess Row’ is a rare surviving example of terrace houses constructed in the 1860s along the re-development of Petrie Terrace. While one of the four terrace houses had been transformed into a corner shop in 1929, those remaining were mostly unchanged from their original condition and form, however, severely dilapidated. Acquiring the terraces some time ago, the current owner envisioned establishing a hub in this upcoming area. Pursuing this, his first step was to transform the corner shop into a stylish café. Hybrid Design

This project houses a growing graphic/product design office within an existing brick building located in the Jackson square historic district. The design requires the removal of all the existing interior structure while leaving the existing perimeter brick structure and original front facade intact. The new design is comprised of inserting a steel ribbon frame at the front of the facade to create a large jacketed bay window, and adding a second story structure that connects to an open roof deck area above.
