Transformation of a farmhouse in Grandvillard
The project involves the creation of three apartments in an 18th-century farmhouse. The Fribourg farmhouses of that era house both residential and farm functions. The living quarters are located on one side, while the agricultural section generally consists of two stables flanking a central passageway called a fourragère, used to feed livestock. A distinctive feature of this building was the duplication of this layout in depth, originally allowing for a second accommodation.

CONSTRUCTION OF 45 DWELLINGS: 25 SOCIAL RENTAL UNITS AND 20 PRIVATE UNITS
This project is part of a public-private partnership (PPP). It consists of several housing units for a public rental destination and other private units. These dwellings have been a research subject in order to reach the low energy standard.
