In a rural area in Bruchem, JADE architects has been commissioned to design and develop a modern barn house. The plot is part of a small-scale development of 3 connected plots on the site of a former tree nursery.   It is located next to a quiet country road surrounded by lots of greenery. The very spacious building plot offer the possibility to create a nice outdoor space with lots of privacy. This was one of the main starting points for the architectural design.   An ensemble of two equal volumes, placed on the outer edges of the plot, border an intimate inner garden.
