A House
A House is a residential project by escapefromsofa, conceived as a serene hillside retreat where monumental architecture meets the timeless landscape of Bademli. Tankut Y. Residence and Horse Farm
Tankut Y. Residence is the owner's house at the heart of a private equestrian estate in Kemalpaşa, Bursa. The design is complete; construction has not yet begun, and the images shown are architectural renderings.
The house within the estate
The residence is one of eight buildings planned across a 717,700 m² estate, with a total built area of around 3,000 m². Alongside the owner's house, the masterplan includes stables, a mare and foaling barn, a stallion barn, two hay barns, two manure storage buildings, an administrative building, staff and guest houses, and a training area. The 432 m² residence is the private centre of this working landscape: a home for a life shared with horses.
