Lozen Tech Park is a high-tech business park designed as a sustainable, flexible, and nature-oriented alternative to the conventional urban workplace. Located at the foot of Lozen Mountain, the project is developed by IPA - Architecture and more as an open campus where architecture, landscape, and technology come together to support work, research, collaboration, and social interaction. The masterplan removes most vehicular movement from the centre of the site. Parking and service access are placed underground and along the perimeter, allowing the spaces between the buildings to form a continuous pedestrian network.
