An unconventional redevelopmentWith La Fondation, PCA-STREAM has radically transformed an unconventional complex—comprising an above-ground car park and a 1960s building—by breathing new life into it. The firm opted for a major redevelopment, designed to preserve the building’s charm whilst endowing it with the qualities of a contemporary structure.
