Panyu Middle School Landscape Renovation
Located in Guangzhou’s Panyu District, Panyu Middle School sits against a hillside, with woodland covering nearly one third of its roughly 78,000 m² campus. BAM has been carrying out a three-year campus planning, landscape and façade renovation with Phase I and Phase II constructed.

The phase I renewal at the west gate and the canteen front plaza, where the aim was to create a friendlier and more efficient connection with the surrounding neighborhood. Repeating granite modules, curved planters, gravel dining areas and lush tropical planting give the first phase a calm, natural character, while also softening circulation and everyday use.

CRland Life Sciences Campus
The site is a campus with research and development facilities in three large low-rise buildings, located within the Beijing Daxing District Biomedical Industry Base. The architectural common programs are organized around a sunken plaza which includes a meeting center and the cafeteria. BAM was invited to design the campus landscape.

The landscape design organizes a network of campus pathways that cross the space of the campus as in a classic quadrangle, except in three dimensions. Paths cross elevated bridges and sunken plazas creating a multilevel campus landscape. To encourage the use of the campus spaces the landscape features a variety of seating and meeting zones.

Longking Pro-Environmental Campus
BAM designs Longking Pro-Environmental Campus landscape with efficient sewage filtration, heavy metal uptake, and runoff recapture systems. The campus forms a multi-dimensional landscape for the factories and research and development offices of the world’s largest environmental equipment producer. Apart from showcasing plant-based and technological methods for water and soil filtration, the spaces of the campus also provide opportunities for rest and recreation.
