Wells Fargo Corporate Campus
Project Falcon, a global financial firm relocating to North Texas, charged Corgan with designing a corporate campus with sustainability topping its list. Primary goals included establishing a strong presence in North Texas, achieving Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and net-positive by 2030, and ultimately creating a beautifully designed, healthy environment to attract and retain up to 4,000 employees. The Commercial Studio met with stakeholders to envision the ground-up construction for the LEED Platinum project, resulting in a plan encompassing twin office towers, two parking garages with connector bridges, amenities, and outdoor spaces for employees to connect with nature.

Susan S. Goode Fine and Performing Arts Center
Named for Hampton Roads educational leader and arts advocate Susan S. Goode, Virginia Wesleyan University's fine and performing arts center sits near the forefront of campus. This 23,200-square-foot venue supports a variety of programs sponsored by the school, from concerts and dramatic performances to guest lectures and presentations of interest to the greater Tidewater community.

Prominent in the design by architectural firm Tymoff + Moss is the canopy wrapping around the front glass enclosure to the Eleanor and Henry Watts Grand Lobby and Gallery. ALPOLIC metal composite materials in a Pewter finish clad the canopy, which extends beyond both entrances to the facility.

The Ilani Casino resort is owned and operated by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe of Washington state. Over a decade after the tribe's acquisition of the proper licensure, the casino opened to the public in 2017 with over 2,000 slot machines and 75 table games. Since then, the property has undergone expansions to include an events center, hotel and additional gaming space.

Notable on the exterior of the casino resort is the entrance canopy. ALPOLIC metal composite materials in Prismatic Lagoon finish clad the fascia of the curved structure. These panels, manufactured to present a look that changes according to point of view, morph colors from green to aqua to bright blue.
