In Noord-Scharwoude, an innovative residential community is taking shape, combining an assisted living facility with a children's center. An Integral Child and Elderly Center (ICEC) is being built here. The design aims to bring different generations together under one roof. The design of this dental office was developed with a focus on functionality, prioritizing the patient experience and the efficiency of the workflow. Right at the reception, attention is drawn to the clinic's brand, highlighted by an "L" shaped lamp that illuminates the secretary's desk and the logo. Patients can wait comfortably in the armchairs or on the bench, which also serves as a magazine rack, creating a welcoming and inviting environment. Newly built 118 service flats with service centre and nursery Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen has built a care centre in the new residential area of Groen Zuid in Hoboken. The buildings are located in the park according to the master plan designed by Stramien and Binst Architects. Underneath the complex, parking spaces are provided for the staff and for the residents of the service flats. The 118 service flats are spread across three towers comprising 5, 9 and 11 storeys.
